Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy explains how users, clubs and administrators must use My EOI responsibly.

1. Purpose
My EOI is designed to help sporting clubs collect Expressions of Interest, review submissions, communicate with families and prepare for trials.
Users must use the platform in a lawful, respectful and responsible way.
2. Accurate information
Users must not submit false, misleading or impersonated information.
This includes:
- Fake player details
- Fake parent or guardian details
- Incorrect contact information
- Misleading playing history
- False club or team information
- Submissions made without authority or consent
3. Respectful communication
Users must not use My EOI to send or upload content that is:
- Abusive
- Harassing
- Threatening
- Discriminatory
- Offensive
- Bullying
- Intimidating
- Inappropriate for a junior sport environment
Club users, parents, guardians and players are expected to communicate respectfully.
4. Uploaded content
Users and clubs must only upload content they have permission to use.
Users must not upload content that:
- Infringes another person's rights
- Includes images or videos without appropriate consent
- Is unlawful
- Is harmful, exploitative or offensive
- Contains private information that should not be shared
- Is misleading or impersonates another person
- Contains malware, viruses or harmful files
Special care must be taken when content involves children or young players.
5. Children and young players
My EOI may be used for junior sport EOIs.
Users and clubs must ensure information about children or young players is handled carefully and only used for legitimate club, EOI, review or trial-related purposes.
Images, videos or other media involving children or young players should only be uploaded where appropriate consent has been obtained.
6. Security
Users must not attempt to:
- Access accounts they do not own
- Access club data they are not authorised to view
- Access EOI submissions from another club without permission
- Bypass authentication or permissions
- Interfere with platform security
- Probe, scan or test systems without permission
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Scrape, overload or disrupt the platform
7. Spam and misuse
Users must not use My EOI for:
- Spam
- Fake submissions
- Repeated abusive submissions
- Automated misuse
- Bulk unauthorised activity
- Fraudulent activity
- Any activity that disrupts normal platform use
8. Club responsibilities
Clubs are responsible for managing their own users and ensuring club users access information appropriately.
Club users must only use EOI data for legitimate club purposes.
Clubs must not misuse player or family information, export data for unrelated purposes or share information with unauthorised people.
9. Enforcement
My EOI may take action where this policy is breached.
Actions may include:
- Removing content
- Restricting access
- Suspending accounts
- Disabling club access
- Investigating activity
- Contacting a club administrator
- Refusing or removing submissions
- Taking any other reasonable action needed to protect the platform, users or clubs
